We try to keep product details, such as grade ranges, player counts, availability, and retailer locations, accurate and current. Still, details may change and the Site may contain errors. Please confirm anything important with us or the seller before you buy.
Our content and printable resources
- Everything on the Site, including text, artwork, game names, logos, rules, and printable resources, is owned by Happy Math Learning Factory or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using the Site does not give you ownership of any of it.
- Classroom and home use.You may download and print the free resources we offer, such as multiples charts, and make copies for your own household, your own classroom, or your school's students, as long as you don't charge for them and you leave our name and branding in place.
- You may not sell, resell, republish, or redistribute our resources or other Site content, such as on a teacher marketplace or another website. You also may not use our names or logos to suggest that we endorse you, unless we have agreed in writing. To request permission, email us.
